Three Ethereum testnets moved to London's highly anticipated upgrade

According to a blog post on the Ethereum Foundation website, three Ethereum testnets using the London hard fork will be released in the coming weeks. Ethereum core developer Tim Beiko announced last Friday that “the upgrade will first be released on Ropsten on block 10499401, which is expected to occur around June 24, 2021.” London Upgrade Begins Rooting with Testnet Deployments Scheduled to Launch Three Ethereum testnets will see the London upgrade roll out in the near future, demonstrating progress in implementing new features. Essentially, the London hard fork is the upgrade that followed the Berlin hard fork that took place in April 2021. The London hard fork will implement a number of key Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EIPs) in preparation for the planned Serenity (ETH 2.0) upgrade. 2022 In particular, the two EIPs aim to improve the fee model of the blockchain and the difficulty time bomb of the ETH mining ecosystem. EIP-1559 is the development application that will address the blockchain fee model and was introduced by Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin. Eric Conner, Rick Dudley, Matthew Slipper, Ian Norden, and Abdelhamid Bakhta also contributed to EIP-1559. The idea of EIP-1559 says that the network will see a transaction pricing mechanism that introduces a base rate for each block found on the network. Essentially, the rest of the fees will be burned, and people assume this will significantly reduce the overall ethereum supply. EIP-3554 was proposed to facilitate Serenity (ETH 2.0) upgrade as it aims to fix the difficulty time bomb that slows down Proof-of-work (PoW) ETH mining. Essentially, ETH miners have no choice but to deal with a proof-of-stake (PoS) system. The forthcoming London hard fork with EIP-3554 will ease the transition process. According to developer James Hancock, the EIP-3554 will thus prevent the time bomb from "acting in the first week of December 2021." In addition
