The company bought coins worth an average of $ 45,294 per bitcoin. Saylor tweeted: “As of 23.08.2011, we are # hodl ~ 108,992 bitcoins purchased for ~ $ 2,918 billion for an average of $ 26,769 per bitcoin.”

The acquisition comes after MicroStrategy sold an ordinary class a share in Jeffries ATM. In the third quarter, MicroStrategy sold a total of 238,054 shares of ATM for $ 177.5 million, at an average gross price of about $ 753.21 per share.
MicroStrategy is positioning itself as a leader in the bitcoin field, championing other companies like Tesla and helping them convert balance sheet reports from dollars to bitcoin.

In particular, MicroStrategy is not included in any bitcoin credit and does not invest in any other cryptocurrency. The company’s consistent strategy was to buy bitcoins for cash, raise awareness and display them indefinitely.
